What to do in case of Emergency?

Contact our Emergency Management Center to report your case and they will give you the necessary guidance and assistance.

Assistance can be requested by sending an email to info@falcontrusttravel.com with the details a telephone number where the Beneficiary can be located.

If the Beneficiary or a third person cannot contact the Center, they can resort to the medical service closest to the place where they are, with the unavoidable obligation to notify the incident to the Center within 24 hours of the event.

Follow the instructions issued by the Emergency Management Center step by step to reach the solution as quickly as possible for your case.

In case of lost luggage, follow the following instructions:

  • Immediately after the lack of luggage is confirmed, go to the airline or responsible person within the same premises where the luggage arrives and request and complete the P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report).

  • Before leaving the Airport, call the Center to notify the loss of your luggage and receive instructions from the assistance personnel..
